Jules-Frédéric Jeanneret established a watchmaking factory in St. Imier in 1866.
Like many manufacturers in St. Imier, he specialized in chronographs and timers.
Three of his sons founded the company Jeanneret & Frères, which later became Excelsior Park. But he continued to manufacture chronographs, and after his death, his family carried on the production.
